Our promise
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. opened ink/toner, food & pantry items) may not be eligible unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
